Single vineyard wines made with our own fruit from Finca Bautem. An invitation to switch on all five senses.
“When you drink wine all five senses switch on. We liked the idea of the wine looking back at you and inviting you to explore a new, different experience through drinking.”
“We want to pass on and build the habit of sharing and enjoying a quality wine among our customers.”
That is why the eye is on every label, drawn by hand and different in each line. It is not decoration: it is the first question the bottle asks you.
All our fruit comes from a single vineyard in Barrancas. That is what single vineyard means: every bottle tells the same place, year after year. Open each line to read the full tech sheets.
Fresh and fruity, made to drink young. This is the way into Abito: fruit at its fullest, with no oak covering it.
Four varietals aged in second and third use French oak barrels. Each comes from a different plot of the estate, worked on its own terms.
Our finest expression. A blend of four varietals aged between 18 and 24 months in 100% new French oak.
Off the script. A late-harvest liqueur born from the variety that best expresses our estate.
That sparks a constant drive to improve. We believe in teamwork, and the creative spirit that moves us shows up in our wines.
Head winemaker since the project began. He defines the style of every line and leads the vinification.

Its location in a unique spot like Barrancas, in the Mendoza district of Maipú, gives us sandy, stony soils thanks to its proximity to the Mendoza River.
The geology combines with the arid temperate climate of the area, giving us the ideal setting for every bottle to reach your table with the full expression of the terroir.

At Finca Bautem we use NDVI indicators (Taranis Technology), weather stations, solar panels, drones and state-of-the-art equipment such as ultra-low-volume sprayers.
This lets us prioritise both the productive and qualitative growth of our grapes, to make outstanding wines with the smallest possible impact on our ecosystem.
